Responsibilities

• Evaluate and improve existing products and processes.
• Conduct analysis and simulations to validate design integrity.
• Mentor junior engineers and review their work.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Manage project timelines and budgets effectively.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in mechanical engineering

• SolidWorks
• AutoCAD
• Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
• Project Management Software
