Job Description

As a Commercial Escrow Officer, you will manage and facilitate the escrow process for commercial real estate transactions. Your role will involve collaborating with buyers, sellers, lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth closing of transactions.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with escrow instructions and provide guidance as needed.
• Engage in effective communication with all stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Keep all parties informed about the status of the escrow process.
• Ensure the timely completion of all escrow transactions, adhering to deadlines.
• Identify and address potential delays or obstacles proactively.
• Conduct final audits of transaction documents to ensure accuracy.
• Mentor junior staff and assist in training as required.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field preferred

Experience

• Proven track record of successful escrow transactions.

• Microsoft Office Suite
