Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Nurse Administrator to oversee the operational aspects of our nursing department in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment and possess strong leadership skills to manage both administrative and clinical functions effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise nursing staff and oversee patient care activities.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for nursing operations.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices in patient care and nursing procedures.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings to discuss goals, updates, and departmental needs.
  • Engage in community outreach and education programs related to health and wellness.
  • Provide mentorship and coaching to nursing staff.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years in a senior nursing role or healthcare administration
