Job Description

Seeking a talented UX/UI Designer in Johannesburg to enhance our digital products with beautiful and functional designs. You will collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders to create user-friendly interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Develop user personas and user journeys to guide design strategies.
• Collaborate with user experience researchers to conduct A/B testing.
• Create interactive prototypes to convey design concepts effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project objectives.
• Design responsive layouts that work across various devices.
• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers.
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify design opportunities.
• Provide design specifications and guidelines for development teams.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior designers.
• Analyze user feedback and metrics to improve usability.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design or related field
• Master's degree in UX/UI Design is a plus

Experience

• 4+ years of professional UX/UI design experience
