Job Description

We are seeking an E-learning Specialist to develop and implement effective online learning experiences. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in instructional design, strong technical skills, and the ability to create engaging content tailored for diverse learners.

Responsibilities

• Develop instructional materials that meet specific educational goals.
• Analyze learner needs and adapt content accordingly.
• Manage the production of e-learning content from concept to delivery.
• Adhere to project timelines and quality standards for all e-learning projects.
• Facilitate discussions and workshops to gather feedback on e-learning initiatives.
• Iterate on course designs based on data and learner analytics.
• Explore new technologies to enhance the learning experience, including gamification.
• Support the integration of e-learning programs with existing learning management systems.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Master's degree in Educational Technology or related field is a plus

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in instructional design or e-learning development
