Job Description

We are looking for a talented Social Media Manager to lead our social media efforts in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling and experience in building brand presence across diverse platforms. You will develop and implement creative strategies to engage users and grow our community.

Responsibilities

  • Manage content calendars and coordinate with designers to ensure visual content meets brand standards.
  • Conduct social media audits to ensure best practices are being followed.
  • Engage with influencers and monitor competitor activity.
  • Facilitate and manage online communities and discussions.
  • Prepare regular reports on social media performance and recommend improvements.
  • Conduct A/B testing on social media campaigns to identify effective strategies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of proven experience in social media management
