Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Healthcare Administrator to manage and supervise our administrative functions in Durban. Your contributions will support the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our healthcare services.

Responsibilities

  • Develop policies and procedures for effective facility management.
  • Support human resources in recruitment and training efforts.
  • Assess and enhance patient care processes.
  • Manage budgets and oversee financial resource allocation.
  • Facilitate communication with patients, families, and stakeholders.
  • Utilize healthcare software and systems for data management.
  • Engage in community outreach and public relations.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture and team environment.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or Business Management
  • Master's degree in Health Services Administration is preferred

  • 3+ years in healthcare administration or hospital management
