• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Retail management certification is a plus
• Sales Strategy Development Expert in defining and implementing successful sales strategies.
• Inventory Management Experience in managing inventory levels to meet sales demand.
• Staff Training and Development Skilled in training staff to enhance performance.
• Customer Relationship Management Proficient in building and maintaining customer relationships.
• Leadership Proven ability to lead teams effectively.
• Communication Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-solving Skilled in analyzing situations and developing solutions.
• First Aid Certification
• Retail Management Certification
• English (Fluent)
• Afrikaans (Conversational)
