Job Description

As a Healthcare Administrator, you'll be pivotal in ensuring smooth operations within our healthcare facilities in Pretoria. Your role will encompass managing administrative tasks, overseeing staff schedules, and enhancing patient care processes.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operational functions within the healthcare facility.
  • Manage staff scheduling and ensure adequate staffing levels.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance patient satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers to streamline patient care.
  • Prepare financial reports and assist in budget management.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Develop training materials and conduct orientation for new employees.
  • Facilitate patient feedback processes and implement improvements.
  • Monitor healthcare quality standards and recommend changes.
  • Oversee medical records management and ensure data accuracy.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Services Management or related field
  • Master's degree in Public Health is preferred

  • 5+ years in healthcare administration with leadership experience
