Job Description

We are in search of a proactive Healthcare Administrator to coordinate operations in our healthcare facilities. This position is essential for ensuring compliance with healthcare policies and enhancing patient services.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with healthcare policies.
  • Participate in budgeting and financial planning processes.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for medical supplies.
  • Implement staff training programs focused on administrative efficiency.
  • Maintain and update systems for medical billing and coding.
  • Manage communication between healthcare professionals and administrative teams.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in health management is preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare operational management
