Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional service, and enhance customer satisfaction at our Durban location. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a passion for the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

  • Direct all aspects of restaurant management to drive growth.
  • Lead team meetings to communicate goals and improve service standards.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics.
  • Enhance guest experiences through quality service and ambiance.
  • Work closely with HR to recruit and retain talented staff.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Master's degree is an advantage

  • 5+ years of experience in a managerial role within a restaurant
