Job Description

We are looking for an IT Support Technician to join our dynamic team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch IT support and ensuring that our systems run smoothly. You'll troubleshoot hardware and software issues, assist with network maintenance, and provide excellent customer service to our users.

• Configure and manage user accounts and permissions.

Requirements

Education

• A degree in Computer Science or a related field is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in IT support roles preferred
