Job Description

We're on the lookout for a skilled IT Support Technician to join our Cape Town team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing first-line support to users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring that our IT systems run smoothly. You'll play a crucial role in maintaining our infrastructure and assisting staff with tech challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site and remote technical support to users.
  • Resolve network and connectivity problems swiftly.
  • Assist in maintaining a safe and secure IT environment.
  • Create and maintain documentation for IT processes and procedures.
  • Work closely with third-party vendors for IT-related services.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in IT or related field
  • Relevant certifications are a plus
Experience
  • 2+ years of IT technical support experience
