Job Description

We are on the lookout for enthusiastic Helpers to assist our skilled tradespeople. In this role, you will be supporting painting, cleaning, and maintenance tasks on various properties while learning valuable skills in the construction and maintenance industry.

Responsibilities

• Help prepare surfaces for painting and other treatments.
• Learn to operate basic hand tools and power equipment.
• Aid in transporting and storing materials and tools.
• Contribute to team efforts in completing projects on time.
• Assist with the clean-up process after each job.
• Maintain a high standard of quality and safety in work performed.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate or equivalent

Experience

• No prior experience required.

Technical Skills

• Physical fitness and stamina

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in painting or general maintenance: Previous experience in similar roles is an advantage but not essential.
• Ability to operate heavy equipment: Knowledge of operating machinery such as bulldozers or excavators can be beneficial.
