Job Description

We are looking for a Construction Supervisor to oversee building projects in Cape Town. The successful candidate will manage site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. You will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the construction team and delegate tasks effectively.
  • Monitor project timelines and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Verify work completed by subcontractors meets specifications.
  • Assist in budgeting and cost management for construction projects.
  • Train and mentor junior staff and site workers.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
  • Postgraduate qualification is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in construction and project supervision
