We are on the hunt for an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee ongoing projects in Durban. The successful candidate will manage all aspects of construction, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, while maintaining high standards of quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, scheduling, and budgeting efforts.
• Establish and implement project timelines and deliverables.
• Conduct site inspections and assessments.
• Assist in contract negotiation and administration.
• Provide mentorship and support to junior team members.
• Foster relationships with vendors and stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in managing construction projects

Technical Skills

• Construction Safety Management
• Quality Assurance in Construction

Soft Skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling): Experience with BIM tools for construction planning and management.
• Experience in large-scale infrastructure projects: Background in managing significant public works projects.
