We are looking for an HR Generalist to manage daily HR operations and ensure that our workforce is engaged and highly productive. The successful candidate will handle recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws.
Responsibilities
Lead the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Review and update HR policies in line with legislation.
Collaborate with management to deliver HR solutions that meet business objectives.
Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities.
Manage and support employee performance reviews and feedback mechanisms.
Ensure all HR information systems are current and up to date.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Public Administration
Master's degree is a plus

3+ years in a similar HR Generalist role
