Job Description

We are seeking a skilled HR Systems Analyst to manage and enhance our HR systems infrastructure. You will play a crucial role in optimising our HR processes and ensuring our systems support our strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of HR systems.
• Work with teams to ensure system alignment with business strategies.
• Design and implement efficient HR processes through system enhancements.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of HR systems.
• Assist in system upgrades and vendor management.
• Implement best practices for data management and reporting.
• Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives within HR systems.
• Act as the point of contact for any system-related inquiries.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Master's degree in HR Management is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in HR systems management
