Learning and Development Specialist

Job Description

We're on the lookout for a Learning and Development Specialist who will play a key role in promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional development within our organization. You will design engaging training programs and leverage various delivery methods to enhance the skills of our employees.

Responsibilities

• Identify emerging training technologies to incorporate into learning initiatives.
• Develop metrics to measure training performance and return on investment (ROI).
• Engage with employees post-training to ensure application of learned skills.
• Set up learning management systems (LMS) for tracking training completion.
• Design learning paths tailored to different employee roles and career aspirations.
• Create content for training materials, including manuals and video tutorials.
• Facilitate workshops on soft skills and leadership development.
• Participate in HR strategy sessions to align training goals with workforce planning.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Human Resources Development or related field
• Professional certifications in training methodologies preferred.

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Learning and Development.

Certifications

• eLearning Instructional Design Certificate

Languages

• English: Fluent
