Responsibilities

  • Lead the recruitment strategy to attract top talent.
  • Facilitate onboarding and orientation sessions for new employees.
  • Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
  • Ensure HR policies are effectively communicated and adhered to.
  • Provide HR support to management and employees.
  • Assist with payroll and benefits administration.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management
  • Certifications in HR practices are preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of HR experience with a focus on recruitment
