As a Car Chaser, you will be crucial in locating and retrieving vehicles scheduled for repossession. This role requires a motivated individual with strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail. You will negotiate with vehicle owners and ensure compliance with legal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Identify vehicles due for repossession and determine their locations.
• Establish negotiations with vehicle owners, ensuring a professional approach.
• Work closely with legal advisors to ensure all repossession activities follow the law.
• Document recovery processes and maintain clear communication with the recovery team.
• Coordinate with other departments to streamline recovery operations.
• Utilize tracking software and tools to enhance vehicle recovery efficiency.
• Assist in training new team members on repossession protocols and procedures.
• Monitor local traffic conditions for effective route planning during recoveries.
• Participate in workshops and training to update skills and knowledge in asset recovery.
• Observing confidentiality and privacy standards during all vehicle recovery activities.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a repossession or debt collection role is advantageous.
