• Evaluate and enhance existing processes for quality improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Maintain technical documents and reports on process designs and improvements.
• Train production staff on new processes and changes.
• Perform root cause analysis to resolve production issues.
• Support the development of new chemical products.
• Work with R&D to improve process technologies.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Chemical Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in the chemical industry
