You will be instrumental in developing training programs, enhancing athletes' skills, and promoting sportsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily training sessions and maintain a positive training environment.
• Assess athletes' performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Organize competitions and events to showcase athletes' talents.
• Engage with parents and guardians to promote athlete development.
• Stay updated with the latest coaching techniques and sports science.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Sports Management or related field
• Post-Graduate qualifications are an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a coaching role

• Sports Strategy

Certifications

• Advanced Coaching Diploma
• Sports Nutrition Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Xhosa: Basic
