Responsibilities

• Research and evaluate new blockchain technologies.
• Optimise current applications for enhanced performance.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss project updates.
• Train and mentor junior developers in blockchain concepts.
• Engage with external stakeholders to align on project needs.
• Contribute to the overall technical strategy concerning blockchain.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field
• Master's degree in Blockchain or a related field is preferred

Experience

• 5 years of experience in software development with a focus on blockchain

Technical Skills

• Ethereum
• Hyperledger

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with cross-chain technologies: Understanding of interoperability between different blockchain platforms.
