Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain training documentation, including materials and manuals.
• Coordinate logistics for training events, including scheduling and venue selection.
• Monitor and report on training budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Provide coaching and support to managers on employee development strategies.
• Analyze employee performance data to make informed training decisions.
• Implement and manage talent development programs within the organization.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in Learning and Development or Training roles

• Instructional Design

Certifications

• Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
