Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented IT Asset Manager to oversee the management of our IT assets, ensuring optimized processes from procurement to disposal. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of IT asset lifecycle management and a passion for delivering excellent IT support.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the tracking and management of IT assets across all departments.
  • Ensure effective use of IT assets to maximize return on investment.
  • Develop and enforce policies around IT asset usage and disposal.
  • Work closely with compliance teams to ensure all assets meet legal standards.
  • Facilitate training sessions for staff on best practices in asset management.
  • Review and analyze asset performance data for future improvements.
  • Coordination with finance for accurate asset valuation.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all asset-related inquiries.
  • Implement cost-saving measures through effective asset utilization.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration or a related field
  • Master's degree is a plus

  • 5+ years in managing IT assets or administration support
