UX Researcher

Job Description

We are seeking a talented UX Researcher to join our vibrant team in Durban. The ideal candidate will have a passion for understanding user behaviour and translating insights into compelling designs. You will work collaboratively with designers and developers to create user-friendly solutions.

Responsibilities

• Execute international user research initiatives to understand diverse user bases.
• Create detailed report presentations to share insights with the team.
• Assist in facilitating workshops to promote user-focused design thinking.
• Work closely with analytics teams to incorporate data-driven insights into designs.
• Foster relationships with users to maintain ongoing feedback channels.
• Lead user experience audits to identify potential improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction or a related field
• Relevant certifications or coursework is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years in UX research or user experience design

Technical Skills

• Statistical Analysis Software
• Wireframing and Prototyping

Certifications

• User Experience Professional Association (UXPA) Certified UX Researcher

Languages

• English: Fluent
