Job Description

As a Hospitality Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the hotel, from managing front-of-house to ensuring all departments are working efficiently. You'll have the opportunity to implement new initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and oversee training for staff to uphold our service standards.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily hotel operations and staff performance.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract guests.
  • Foster a positive environment for both guests and employees.
  • Coordinate with various departments to provide exceptional service.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • Train and mentor staff to enhance service delivery.
  • Monitor occupancy rates and adjust pricing strategies accordingly.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance in all areas.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Master's degree is advantageous

  • 5+ years of experience in hospitality management or related roles
