Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Industrial Supervisor to oversee our production team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring safety compliance, and driving production efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead the production team in daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow.
• Develop and implement production schedules to meet client demands.
• Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the team.
• Evaluate staff performance and provide mentorship and feedback.
• Coordinate with quality control to ensure product standards are met.
• Prepare reports on production metrics and identify areas for efficiency gains.
• Facilitate communication between departments to ensure alignment.
• Manage the allocation of resources for optimal production output.

Requirements

Education

• Technical qualification in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering
• Bachelor’s degree in Management is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in a supervisory position within a manufacturing setting
