Job Description

As an IT Support Technician, you will be the first point of contact for technical support, troubleshooting IT issues, and providing assistance to ensure optimal performance of all IT systems. This role demands a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a strong knack for problem-solving. You will assist both employees and clients, ensuring that technology needs are met swiftly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining IT security protocols and measures.
  • Participate in IT projects and initiatives as required.
  • Coordinate with other departments regarding IT requirements.
  • Compile regular reports on support metrics and issues.
  • Stay updated with the latest technology trends and best practices.
  • Ensure backup and disaster recovery processes are followed.

Requirements

Education
  • IT Certification (CompTIA A+ or equivalent)
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or related field is preferred.
