Responsibilities

• Design testing scenarios for various features within applications.
• Execute performance and load testing to simulate real-world usage.
• Assist in defining quality metrics and key performance indicators.
• Help in training and mentoring junior QA team members.
• Stay current with industry trends in software testing and quality assurance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or equivalent

Experience

• 4+ years in a Quality Assurance role

Technical Skills

• Test Automation Strategy
• Performance Testing
• Defect Tracking Tools (e.g., JIRA)

Soft Skills

• Critical Thinking
• Communication Skills

Certifications

• Certified Agile Tester (CAT)

Languages

• English: Fluent
