Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our lively team in Pretoria. The successful candidate will manage all aspects of event planning from inception to execution, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and guests alike.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate transportation and accommodations for guests when necessary.
  • Assist in the design and production of event displays and materials.
  • Utilize social media and digital platforms to enhance event awareness.
  • Prepare reports on event performance and expenses.
  • Handle any unforeseen issues or emergencies during events.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in event planning or management
