Job Description

We are seeking a creative and driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Durban team. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of digital marketing strategies including SEO, PPC, content marketing, and social media management. You will work collaboratively to implement campaigns that enhance our online presence and drive user engagement.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage the monthly digital marketing budget.
• Conduct keyword research and develop SEO best practices for existing content.
• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns targeting various customer segments.
• Develop comprehensive analytics reports to inform marketing strategy.
• Lead marketing automation initiatives to improve customer engagement.
• Train and mentor junior marketing team members.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Communications or Public Relations is preferred

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or related field
