Responsibilities

• Evaluate client requirements and develop comprehensive power systems designs.
• Implement testing and validation procedures for electrical systems.

• Prepare feasibility studies and project proposals.
• Train and mentor junior team members to enhance team competency.
• Review and approve project designs related to energy distribution and management.
• Lead site inspections and oversee quality assurance processes.
• Liaise with suppliers and contractors to ensure materials and services meet specifications.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering department.
• Participate in industry workshops and conferences to enhance professional development.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• Master's degree in Power Systems Engineering or equivalent is preferred

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in a similar role
