Compounding Pharmacist

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Compounding Pharmacist to join our dedicated team at Pharma Solutions Ltd. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail and exceptional skills in preparing customized medications according to physician prescriptions. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest level of patient care.

Responsibilities

• Develop customized medication solutions to meet specific patient needs.
• Evaluate patient medication history for safe and effective treatment plans.
• Implement quality assurance protocols within the compounding area.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior pharmacy staff.
• Participate in pharmacy initiatives aiming to enhance service delivery and patient education.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
• Postgraduate training in Compounding Pharmacy is advantageous

Experience

• 4+ years of pharmacy experience including 2 years in compounding

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with electronic pharmacy systems: Experience utilizing electronic systems for managing prescriptions and compounding records.
