Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality medical care, conducting assessments, and developing treatment plans for our patients. This position requires a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct physical examinations and diagnose patients' conditions.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.
  • Develop and implement treatment protocols based on evidence-based practices.
  • Provide guidance on health promotion and disease prevention strategies.
  • Manage chronic conditions and provide follow-up care.
  • Engage in patient advocacy and health education.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient care outcomes.
  • Participate in staff training and development initiatives.
  • Document patient encounters and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Address patient concerns and ensure high-quality care delivery.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing with a focus on advanced practice
Experience
  • 1+ years of experience in a clinical setting
