Job Description

As a Curriculum Developer at Educational Excellence, you will leverage your creativity and instructional design skills to develop engaging curriculum and learning resources. Your role will involve working closely with teaching staff and stakeholders to align curriculum with educational standards and learner outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design curricula that are culturally responsive and inclusive.
• Facilitate focus groups with teaching staff to gather insights on curriculum needs.
• Provide ongoing curriculum assessment and refinement based on feedback.
• Develop templates and tools to streamline the curriculum development process.
• Engage in peer reviews of curriculum documents.
• Compile curriculum mapping documents and reports.
• Coordinate with educational technology specialists to integrate tech into the curriculum.
• Establish partnerships with educational organizations for resources and support.
• Promote a collaborative approach to curriculum design.
• Document and share best practices in curriculum development.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education or Instructional Design
• Master's degree in Curriculum Development is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role highly regarded
