Job Description

Join our team as a Special Education Lead where you will lead the charge in enhancing educational outcomes for students with special needs. Your expertise will guide the development of programs that meet the unique requirements of each learner.

Responsibilities

  • Create engaging and adaptable learning experiences for students with special needs.
  • Provide mentoring and coaching to teaching staff on inclusive educational practices.
  • Conduct regular reviews of instructional materials to ensure they meet diverse learner needs.
  • Implement intervention strategies to enhance student engagement and achievement.
  • Collaborate with external agencies for additional resources and support.
  • Participate in parent-teacher meetings to discuss student development and progress.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Special Education or Psychology
  • Master's degree in Education with a focus on Special Needs is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience working with diverse learning needs
