Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Supply Chain Manager to drive our logistics operations in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will oversee the planning and implementation of supply chain strategies while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance process efficiency and reduce costs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the restaurant team in delivering high-quality service.
  • Manage financial aspects including sales reporting and budgeting.
  • Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the restaurant.
  • Drive team performance through motivation and training.
  • Collaborate on marketing initiatives to promote the restaurant.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
  • Supervise food inventory and stock management.
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Evaluate and implement best practices for restaurant efficiency.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Hotel Management is a plus

  • 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management
