As a Sound Engineering Technician, you'll be responsible for setting up and operating audio equipment for live events and studio recordings. The ideal candidate will have a keen ear for sound quality and a passion for audio production.
Responsibilities
Operate sound mixing consoles during live events.
Maintain and configure microphones and other sound equipment.
Assist in the setup of stage elements related to audio.
Provide technical support during events and recordings.
Record and mix audio tracks for post-production.
Conduct sound checks before events to ensure optimal sound quality.
Work closely with other technicians and artists to achieve desired audio results.
Keep records of equipment usage and maintenance.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Audio Engineering or related field
Professional certification in audio production is a plus
Experience
3-5 years of experience in the audio production industry
