Responsibilities

• Develop and adhere to event budgets, adjusting as needed.
• Prepare reports and presentations for clients post-event.
• Work with marketing teams to promote events effectively.
• Ensure all aspects of events align with the client's vision.
• Conduct post-event evaluations to identify successes and areas for improvement.
• Engage with stakeholders to promote brand awareness through events.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the events team.
• Assist in creating event themes and coordinating décor.
• Manage logistics for virtual and hybrid events.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in the events industry
