As a Guest Ambassador, you will be pivotal in creating memorable experiences for our guests. You will greet guests upon arrival, assist with check-ins, and ensure every guest receives warm, friendly, and professional service throughout their stay.
Responsibilities
Provide a warm welcome and assist guests during their stay.
Address inquiries and provide relevant information about the hotel and local attractions.
Manage guest check-in/check-out efficiently and professionally.
Resolve any issues or complaints raised by guests effectively.
Maintain the front desk and reception area cleanliness and organization.
Assist in ordering transportation and other guest services.
Liaise with different hotel services to ensure guest satisfaction.
Conduct regular inspections of guest areas to ensure standards are upheld.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
Requirements
Education
Matric or equivalent
Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management is preferred
Experience
3+ years experience in hospitality or customer service roles
