Job Description

As a Home Health Aide in Cape Town, you will provide essential support to clients in their homes. Your role will include assisting with daily living activities, helping clients maintain their independence, and ensuring their safety and comfort.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily routines.
• Help with mobility and transfers to ensure client safety.
• Prepare meals that meet client dietary restrictions.
• Assist in light housekeeping and organization of the client’s living space.
• Monitor health and report changes to the supervising nurse.
• Foster a supportive environment through companionship and conversation.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma required
• Home Health Aide training preferred

Experience

• Previous experience in home care or healthcare settings is a plus
