We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Recruiting Consultant to join our growing team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, demonstrating skill in sourcing top-tier candidates across various sectors.

Responsibilities

• Identify talent needs and create job descriptions in collaboration with clients.
• Market job openings through various channels to reach a diverse pool of candidates.
• Lead negotiations and onboarding processes for successful candidates.
• Monitor recruitment workflows and optimize processes for efficiency.
• Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to promote the company and its openings.
• Use analytics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant Human Resource certifications (e.g., CIPD) are advantageous

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition

Certifications
