• Act as a point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Provide regular feedback to clients regarding candidate searches.
• Work with management to refine recruitment processes.
• Participate in recruitment events and job fairs.
• Develop engaging job descriptions and postings.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in recruitment or similar roles

Technical Skills

• Database Management

Certifications

• Certified Recruitment Professional (CRP)
• Professional in Human Resources (PHR)
