Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Event Planner to coordinate and oversee various events in Port Elizabeth. As an integral part of our team, you will handle everything from conceptualization to execution, ensuring every event is a success.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients before, during, and after events.
  • Evaluate event success and prepare reports for management.
  • Seek new client opportunities and build relationships.
  • Supervise and coordinate event staff and volunteer efforts.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage service provider relationships.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and local event venues.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
  • Postgraduate qualifications are preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in managing events of various sizes
