Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and execution of client marketing strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and investment partners.

• Engage in deal negotiations and client presentations alongside senior bankers.
• Facilitate due diligence processes and coordinate with third-party advisors.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
• Master’s is a plus

Experience

• 4+ years of relevant experience in investment banking

• Financial Reporting

Certifications

• CFA Level 2 Candidate
• CMA Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
