Job Description

We are searching for a detail-oriented Auditor to join our Johannesburg team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting audits of financial statements and internal controls, ensuring compliance and identifying areas for improvement. You’ll collaborate closely with clients and provide recommendations to enhance their financial processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead audit engagements from planning through to completion.
• Analyze financial reports and market data for audit findings.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients for ongoing audits.
• Coordinate with other departments to assist in the audit process.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant field
• Additional auditing qualifications are advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in internal or external audit

• Tax Regulations
• Audit Management Tools

Soft Skills

• Team Player
• Organizational Skills

Certifications

• ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of risk management frameworks: Understanding risk management principles applies to auditing processes.
