Responsibilities

• Create and maintain dashboards for monitoring key performance indicators.
• Work with management to develop and implement improvement strategies based on data insights.
• Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency.
• Manage and interpret large amounts of data to inform decision-making.
• Develop predictive models to forecast business trends.
• Collaborate effectively with IT and business units.
• Conduct A/B testing to refine marketing strategies.
• Engage in ongoing market research to identify new opportunities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3 years of experience in data analytics or similar role

Technical Skills

• Power BI
• Statistical analysis

Certifications

• Tableau Desktop Specialist

Languages
