• Optimise and enhance application performance.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle.
• Assist in hiring and mentoring junior developers.
• Participate in community-based initiatives for blockchain awareness.
• Work closely with product teams to ensure user needs are met.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of collaborative blockchain project experience

Technical Skills

• Node.js
• RESTful APIs

Certifications

• Ethereum Developer Certificate

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Decentralized Finance (DeFi): Hands-on knowledge of DeFi projects and protocols.
• Knowledge of Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs): Understanding of NFTs and their implementation on the blockchain.
